Congratulations to Frank Ridder and Nikolaos Alachiotis that our paper “Accelerated Real-Time Classification of Evolving Data Streams using Adaptive Random Forests” is accepted by FPT 2023! Machine learning is increasingly applied to a wide range of real-time applications, with classification tasks playing a critical role in enabling intelligent decision-making.

Amidst the COVID-19, virtual meetings have become the norm, in various fields, including technical program committee (TPC) gatherings. However, ASP-DAC, a last-long design automation conference, took an approach this year by insisting on physical attendance of every program committee member at the Paper Selection Meeting.

Congratulations to Mario Günzel, Niklas Ueter, Georg von der Brüggen and Jian-Jia Chen that our paper “Probabilistic Reaction Time Analysis” is accepted by EMSOFT 2023! Under the context of end-to-end timing guarantees, current approaches focus on the maximum reaction time, considering the worst-case system behavior.

Honorably, I am a co-chair with Qing Wang and Nirvana Meratnia this year. This year the conference will take place during 27-29 June 2023 in Kontakt der Kontinenten, the Netherlands. We will invite four keynote speakers to share their precious experience, and arrange an exciting program, including an interactive panel.
